PRESSURE FITTINGS

Metalclave fittings and tubing

Metalclave fittings, made in SS316 at our workshop in Singapore, from low and medium pressure through high pressure to ultra-high-pressure adaptors up to 60,000 psi. NPT, JIC, metric and cone and thread connections, including tees and crosses, custom end connections, no minimum order quantity and lead times of typically 1–2 weeks. We also supply high-pressure tubing and install it on site.

THE APPLICATION

Fittings made to fit your connection

A high-pressure connection depends on more than a rating printed on one component. The tubing, fitting and end connection all need to suit the medium, pressure, temperature and assembly method specified for the line.

Metalclave is PS Technology's own range of low, medium, high and ultra-high pressure fittings, machined in SS316 at our Defu Lane workshop. Because we make them ourselves, we can produce fittings with a different connection on each end, in small quantities, with lead times of typically 1–2 weeks and without the minimum order quantities common with standard catalogue fittings.

Can fittings with the same nominal size be interchanged?

Do not assume so. Connection geometry and assembly requirements can differ. Identify the existing component series and interface before ordering replacement parts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Metalclave?

Metalclave is PS Technology's own range of SS316 fittings, from low and medium pressure through high pressure to ultra-high-pressure adaptors up to 60,000 psi, made at our workshop in Singapore.

Which connection types do you make?

NPT, JIC, metric (M-type), compression, medium-pressure, and high-pressure cone and thread connections, plus ultra-high-pressure adaptors. We can combine different connection types on each end of one fitting. Tees and crosses are also available.

What pressure are Metalclave fittings rated for?

Our ultra-high-pressure adaptors and fittings are rated up to 60,000 psi. Ratings for other fittings depend on the connection type and size.

Can you make fittings with different connections on each end?

Yes. Because we make Metalclave fittings ourselves, we can produce custom fittings with a different end connection on each side.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We can make single pieces or small batches, typically within 1–2 weeks.

Do you supply and install high-pressure tubing?

Yes. We supply high-pressure tubing together with Metalclave fittings and can install tubing on site.
