Complete PSV test benches with hydraulic clamping units for set-pressure (pop) and seat leakage testing of flanged valves up to 12 inches. Liquid up to 15,000 psi, gas up to 10,000 psi.

Water-glycol and hydraulic oil flushing units for BOP and wellhead controls, HPUs, hoses and tubing. Cat plunger pumps up to 3,000 psi, 10, 5 and 2 micron filtration, for sale or rental.

Fully pneumatic over-pressure protection for nitrogen pumps up to 15,000 psi. At the set pressure, the OPPS bleeds off the control air supply, stopping the nitrogen pump and engine.
